Accommodation
Accommodation will be on a bed and breakfast basis at one of our hand picked Traditional Country Inns or Hotels, all set in idyllic locations in the heart of the Peak District where you will be assured of a warm Derbyshire welcome.
For our guided holidays we normally use The Yorkshire Bridge Inn, set just a short stroll from the banks of the Ladybower Reservoir. All rooms are en suite with television, tea and coffee making facilities.
The quality of food is something special at all the establishments we use and they are all committed to local produce and supporting local suppliers wherever possible to ensure top quality at reasonable prices.
For those who enjoy a relaxing drink after a days birding, a selection of wines by the glass or bottle together with great local beers are served in the bars, by the friendly staff.
I’m sure you will be delighted by the accommodation we have chosen, the management and staff of all of these hotels and inns are committed to ensuring their guests stay is a real home from home and they have a real desire to please their guests, an ethos that reflects our values at Peak District Birding Holidays.
For our self guided holidays, we have more scope to use some of the smaller B&B’s the Peak District has to offer, giving you the same great value but in a more cosier surrounding.
